ABOUT US

Care Coordination with Heart and Purpose

At Divine Care Services, we believe navigating healthcare should never leave individuals or families feeling alone or overwhelmed. We provide compassionate, personalized support that helps clients remain informed, heard, organized, and actively involved in their care.

Service with heart. Caring with purpose.

OUR STORY

Why Divine Care Services Was Created

Divine Care Services was created from a desire to provide care that sees the whole person—not simply a diagnosis, medication list, or healthcare need.

As healthcare becomes increasingly complex, individuals and families can find themselves managing appointments, providers, medications, follow-up instructions, questions, and important decisions while balancing everyday life. Divine Care Services exists to help bridge those gaps.

What began with a focus on medication support has grown into a broader vision of Concierge Care Coordination—providing clients with a consistent source of support to navigate healthcare, advocate for their needs, stay organized, and communicate with the people involved in their care.

Our role is not to replace physicians or other healthcare providers. We work alongside clients, families, and existing care teams to help connect the pieces and make the healthcare journey feel more manageable.

MEET OUR TEAM

Compassionate Care Starts with People Who Care

Ashlee Valentine, LVN

Ashlee Valentine, LVN

Founder | Lead Care Coordinator | Licensed Vocational Nurse

Ashlee Valentine, LVN, is the founder of Divine Care Services and an experienced nurse with more than 8 years of hands-on patient care experience. Her nursing background spans home health, long-term acute care (LTAC), skilled nursing, rehabilitation, bedside care, pediatrics, behavioral health, and dementia care—giving her experience supporting individuals with a wide range of medical, cognitive, and everyday care needs.

Throughout her career, Ashlee has developed a strong background in medication management, chronic condition monitoring, patient and family education, care coordination, and helping individuals safely navigate their healthcare at home. Working across multiple healthcare settings has also given her a firsthand understanding of how easily important details can become lost between hospital stays, specialists, pharmacies, caregivers, and families.

It was through her work in home health that Ashlee recognized a recurring gap: many individuals and families need continued guidance and advocacy even when skilled home health services are no longer needed or available. They may need someone to attend an appointment, communicate with providers, organize medications, follow up on referrals, help make sense of a new care plan, or simply make sure nothing important falls through the cracks.

That need inspired Divine Care Services.

Ashlee founded Divine Care Services to provide families with a more personal and consistent layer of support—combining her nursing experience with compassionate care coordination, healthcare navigation, medication support, appointment advocacy, and ongoing communication. Her approach centers on treating each client as a whole person, not simply a diagnosis or list of medications.

For Ashlee, Divine Care is about helping clients and their families feel heard, informed, supported, and confident that someone is paying attention to the details that matter.
